Threaded Flexolet

Threaded Flexolet fittings are specially designed branch outlet fittings that provide excellent leak-proof performance under high-pressure conditions. These fittings are ideal for connecting small-diameter branch lines to larger run pipes and are used widely across oil, gas, petrochemical, and power industries. Their threaded design allows for fast and secure installation without the need for welding.
Manufactured in sizes ranging from 1/8” NB to 4” NB, Threaded Flexolets are available in pressure ratings of Class 1500#, 3000#, 6000#, and 9000#. These fittings comply with international standards such as ASME B16.11, MSS-SP-97, MSS-SP-79, and BS 3799. They are precision-machined using high-quality forging techniques and undergo strict heat treatment and threading processes.
These fittings are available in a wide array of materials including stainless steel, duplex steel, super duplex, nickel alloys, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, and carbon steel. This broad material range makes Threaded Flexolets suitable for use in corrosive and high-temperature environments where performance and durability are critical.
Threaded Flexolets are manufactured in equal shapes and come in various schedules such as Sch.10s, Sch.40s, Sch.80, Sch.160, Sch.XS, and Sch.XXS. They are offered in different types like forged olets, butt welding olets, and socket weld olets—ensuring compatibility with a variety of piping systems and customer requirements.
