Stainless steel dairy and sanitary fittings are manufactured in a wide size range from 1/16″ to 48″, with outer diameters up to 8” O.D. and wall thicknesses from 0.1 mm to 5 mm in various gauges (10 to 20 Swg). These fittings are produced in compliance with international standards such as DIN, Tri Clover, IDF, SMS, BSP, NPT, and BSPT, and are available in schedules from Sch. 5 to Sch. 160, including Sch. STD, XS, and XXS. To ensure hygienic and aesthetic quality, surface finish options include electro-polish, mechanical polish, mirror polish, and grit finishes (320–800), with inner diameter polishing up to 0.500 micron for sanitary applications.
